Valfǫðr

The Valfǫðr, the God of Blacksmithing & War, particularly appeals to the Magnithōran peoples, though followers can be found throughout Ilhdeinia. Rather than proper temples, the Valfǫðr’s worship centers around forge-shrines where devotees can craft offerings while perfecting their metallurgical skills.

What truly fascinated me about these devotees was their peculiar moral code. They’ll praise the craftsmanship of a blade, even if they despise the smith who forged it. This stark separation of craft from character makes them refreshingly straightforward business partners.

Devotees of the Valfǫðr should:

  • Maintain weapons and armor with religious dedication
  • Honor fallen warriors (even those personally disliked)
  • Show proper respect to materials and tools
