Kwīmagnithōrans
Half Giants

Following a Kwīmagnithōran hunting party through a mountain pass ranks among my most physically demanding research experiences. These towering folk, roughly two times the standard Ārdan height, boast physiques that make statues look flabby. Born from unions between Magnithōrans and other races (most commonly Ārdans), Kwīmagnithōrans inherit their giant parent’s strength and elemental affinity while gaining adaptability from their other heritage. Unlike pure Magnithōrans, they rarely form their own communities, instead becoming members of diverse settlements.
Living 150-200 years, they enjoy respect from Ārdans, maintain a kinship with Magnithōrans, and show a surprising gentleness to the smaller races.
- Folk Talent - Giant's Strength: When making Might rolls for feats of strength, you may re-roll up to two dice that didn't show a 6.
- Folk Talent - Unmatched Reach: Your exceptional size grants advantages in combat. You can attack enemies at Near range with melee weapons, and your unarmed strikes deal 2 damage per success instead of 1.
- Folk Talent - Intimidating Presence: Your towering stature naturally intimidates others. Gain +2 to Charm rolls when attempting to frighten others.
