Bear Folk

My winter among the Tedyrans remains the most comfortable research expedition I've undertaken. These massive, fur-covered humanoids created by the god Vōldāll stand taller and broader than most Ārdans, and reside primarily in the northern forests and mountain valleys; constructing sturdy timber lodges built for warmth and defensibility. Their settlements feature central gathering halls where the community shares meals, stories, and decision-making responsibilities during the long winter moontides.
Their culture revolves around seasonal changes: summers spent hunting, gathering, and trading with other races, winters devoted to crafting and storytelling. Living 90-120 years, Tedyrans maintain trading partnerships with Oryzan communities who exchange metalwork for furs and honey, protective arrangements with smaller races living near their territories, and cautious respect for the Magnithōran, whose strength rivals their own.

- Folk Talent - Intimidating Roar: Once per Rotation, you can let out a fearsome roar that attempts to impose the Intimidated Tribulation on all enemies within Near range.
- Folk Talent - Protective Instinct: When an ally within Close range would take damage, you may use your action to intercept the attack. You take the damage instead, and it is halved (rounded up).
